Enrollment & Fees

• Students must complete registration before starting classes.

• Fees should be paid in advance according to the chosen plan.

Classes & Attendance

• Students are expected to attend classes on time.

• Missed classes may be rescheduled if notice is given at least 6 hours in advance.

• If a student cancels a lesson at the scheduled time, it will only be rescheduled in the case of an urgent reason; otherwise, the lesson will not be rescheduled.

• Repeated absences without notice may result in suspension of classes.

Refund Policy

• Fees are non-refundable once classes have begun.

• Exceptions may be considered in special circumstances, at the academy’s discretion.

Code of Conduct

• Students must show respect to teachers and follow the guidelines provided.

• Disruptive behavior may result in suspension from the program.

Academy Rights

• Al-Braa Academy reserves the right to update these terms and conditions at any time.

• Students and parents will be informed of any changes.

Public Holidays

• Lessons that fall on official Islamic holidays, such as Eid al-Fitr or Eid al-Adha, will be rescheduled to a later date.

Teacher Assignment

• For students older than 11 years:

  • Female students will be assigned a female teacher.

  • Male students will be assigned a male teacher.
